uvex PPE Champion Selection - Terms and Conditions

  1. Selection Overview
    The uvex PPE Champion selection (“Selection”) is organised by UVEX SAFETY AUSTRALIA LIMITED PARTNERSHIP (“uvex safety ANZ”). uvex safety ANZ invites individuals to submit an entry through the link provided on social media for a chance to become an official uvex PPE Champion for a period of three months. Seven people will be selected from Australia, and three people will be selected from New Zealand.
  2. Eligibility
  • Entrants must be legal residents of Australia or New Zealand and aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
  • Employees of UVEX, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, and the immediate family members or those living in the same household of such employees are not eligible to enter the Selection.
  • Entrants must have an active public social media account.
  • By entering, participants confirm that they are available for the full three-month period.
  1. How to Enter eligible participants must:
  1. Follow uvex safety ANZ on the designated social media platform (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  2. Fill out the form and include a brief description of why they would make a great uvex PPE Champion.

All entries must comply with the following:

  • Entries must be original and not contain any inappropriate content.
  • Each entrant may submit one entry. Multiple entries from the same person will not be considered.
  • uvex safety ANZ reserves the right to reject any entry that does not meet these requirements.
  1. Selection Period Selection opens on 11/10/24 and closes at 11:59 pm AEST on 25/10/24. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
  2. Selection of Champions Seven champions will be selected nationally from Australia, and three participants will be selected from New Zealand. Selection will be based on creativity, engagement, and alignment with UVEX brand values. The selection will be carried out by a panel of UVEX representatives. Selected particpants will be notified via direct message on the social media platform used for their entry within seven days after the Selection ends.
  3. Prize Each person selected will:
  • Become a uvex PPE Champion for three months.
  • Receive a tailored uvex PPE pack each month for three months
  • Have the opportunity to feature on uvex safety ANZ social media channels.
  1. Responsibilities of the uvex Champion
  • The uvex Champion agrees to create and share a minimum of four posts, stories or reels per month during the three-month uvex Champion period, featuring uvex products.
  • Content shared by partcicpants must comply with UVEX guidelines, which will be provided.
  • uvex safety ANZ reserves the right to request changes to content that does not align with UVEX values or marketing objectives.
  1. Intellectual Property By being selected, participants grant UVEX the right to share and re-use their entry content on UVEX social media channels, website, and other promotional materials without further compensation.
  2. Privacy uvex safety ANZ will collect personal information (such as contact details) solely for the purpose of conducting the Selection and will handle such information in accordance with its privacy policy.
  3. Disqualification uvex safety ANZ reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or otherwise violates these Terms and Conditions. uvex safety ANZ also reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be using fraudulent means to enter or gain an unfair advantage.
  4. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, uvex safety ANZ shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained as a result of entering the Influencer selection or accepting the prize.
  5. Changes to Terms uvex safety ANZ reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  6. Governing Law This Selection and its Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia and New Zealand, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant State or country.
