This promotion runs for customer purchases at participating Distributors from the 1^st of February 2025 to the 31^st of March 2025.

1. Information on how to enter the “aXess tunes uvex 3 x-flow wmns zip” (“Promotion”) and the prizes are part of these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The competition commences 12:01am AEDT 01/02/2025 and closes 11:59pm AEDT on 31/03/2025 (“Promotional Period”). 
3. Entries will be randomly selected by 10/04/2025, with all winners being contacted via contact details as filled out on the online form.

Competition Rules:

To enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:

1. Purchase a pair of the uvex 3 x-flow wmns zip - cement/tan (6548) or uvex 3 x-flow wmns zip - black (6544) from an eligible distributor participating in the promotion.
2. Complete the entry form (“Entry Form”) in its entirety.
3. Attach a copy of the proof of purchase of the uvex 3 x-flow wmns zip - cement/tan (6548) or uvex 3 x-flow wmns zip - black (6544) from an eligible participating distributor.
4. This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.
5. The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Competition is only open to Eligible Entrants. An "Eligible Entrant" is an individual who: (i) is a resident of Australia or New Zealand aged 18 years or older at the time of entry; and (ii) is not an employee of the Promoter or any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with the Competition; (iii) is not a spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether full, half, step or by adoption) of such an employee. An Eligible Entrant who is under 18 years of age, must obtain the permission of a parent or guardian to enter. In the event, the winners are under the age of 18 the parent/guardian will need to be contacted in order to confirm their consent to receive the prize.
7. If the competition winners do not respond to their message notifying them that they are a confirmed winner by 11:59pm on 17/04/2024, they will forfeit their spot as a confirmed giveaway participant and the next eligible entrant will be selected.
8. Entry is limited to one entry form for each pair of the selected promotional uvex 3 x-flow wmns zip purchased from an eligible participating distributor. Multiple purchases and entries are allowed.
9. Each participating store has one uvex aXess one Bluetooth hearing protector with Real Active Listening valued at RRP AUD $305 to giveaway for every ten pairs of uvex 3 x-flow wmns zip footwear that the distributor has purchased in the defined period prior to and during the promotional period.
10. Prize pool value – South Australia $4,880.00, New South Wales $9,760.00, Australian Capital Territory - $2,745.00, Northern Territory $4,880.00, Victoria $9,760.00, Queensland $9,760.00, Western Australia $9,760.00 and Tasmania $9,760.00.
11. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

 Further Conditions:

1. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, at its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
2. This promotion is solely run by uvex safety Australia. Any issues with product in the prize will fall under the standard warranty of the product.
3. Entrants consent to any information provided in the Entry Form being collected and used for any and all ongoing marketing initiatives the Promoter deems appropriate across all the Promoter’s marketing activities.
4. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image/video and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
5. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
6. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
7. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. If the entrant opts-in at time of entry, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
8. The promoter does not accept responsibility and will not replace the prize if there are issues with delivery. It is the responsibility of the winner to provide an address that will confidently receive the prize and be signed for upon delivery.
